The principle broker at Turner Realty, Michael Turner, has been licensed to transact real estate business in the state of Nevada since 1990.  In addition to real estate, Turner Realty can offer potential clients Credit Assistance and Property Management.  We carry insurance for Errors and Omissions, Workman’s Compensation, and Blanket Liability for anything related to our real estate operations.

Turner Realty has a staff of 4 full time licensed real estate agents that are very knowledgable about, and very committed to, the Las Vegas real estate market.  We are very well versed in listing all types of properties including REO properties.  Because of the resources we have access to, one of our specialties is getting bank owned properties ready for the market much sooner than other real estate brokers.

On top of just listing homes, Turner Realty can offer our clients other complimentary services like Heating and Air Conditioning service, Roofing, Carpet and Flooring, Painting and Texturing, Plumbing, Cabinetry, and Clean Out service for foreclosed or other distressed homes.  Our office has 3 support staff, and we have 4 field staff fully prepared with utility trucks and all the tools necessary for real estate projects.  We also have steady and longstanding relationships with 12 subcontractors in the Las Vegas area  just in case there is work we need to sub out.  With our model of efficiency, we not only get properties back on the market quicker we are also able to save our clients money in the property preparation process and real estate marketing process.
