Las Vegas Credit Counseling

Turner Realty provides consumer credit counseling to our clients through our subsidiary Credit Assistance, LLC.  Whether you’re a first time home buyer, repeat buyer, or interested in one of our REO properties, we will evaluate your finances, create a realistic budget for you, and explain all of your available options to get your home purchase financed.

While the repair of your credit may not happen overnight, we can establish a debt management program for you that will have your credit scores rises quickly and into the range of acceptable levels to get your home purchase financed.  We will work with you to gain concessions from creditors like reduced interest rates, waiving penalty fees, and/or accepting lower monthly payments.

Our credit counseling service will take you through a progression of readiness for home ownership.  We have a structured plan for our clients depending on their credit worthiness.  Even if you have serious obstacles to qualifying for a home loan such as legal problems or bad judgements, our credit counselors can recommend a plan of action that should have you ready to start looking for your your dream home within 6 to 9 months.

Customers who need 3 to 6 months of individual credit counseling sessions to get ready for home ownership may have some derogatory credit issues to resolve, debts to reduce, or money to save to get ready for home ownership.  Some clients will only need a minimal amount of help with their credit counseling and can be ready for making offers on homes within 3 months.  There may be some minor issues on your credit history, and our credit counseling service can help you with a family budget plan and a short term debt reduction plan.
