By promoting affordable housing, home ownership, and revitalization in targeted areas throughout Southern Nevada, NHS believes it is building better neighborhoods, block by block.  The primary goal of NHS is to provide ownership opportunities to first time homebuyers with incomes that are 80% below the an area’s median income.  Home ownership stabilizes families as well as communities.
